BAT”s Digital Business Solutionshas an exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement Analystin Subang Jaya, Malaysia.
The Process Improvement Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational gaps, ensuring efficient process improvements. The role involves participating in global forums, supporting system and process changes, and developing action plans to address quality variances. Additionally, the Analyst will contribute to the redesign of templates, track improvement initiatives, and build cases for proposed changes. Strong collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders is essential to drive effective decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with GBS S2S LEX Hubs, CoEs, and business teams to identify and address operational improvements, closing gaps efficiently.
- Participate in global forums, presenting proposals and contributing to solution strategies.
- Support system and process changes across local, regional, and global levels with accurate governance and controls.
- Collaborate with IDT, GBS/DBS, and stakeholders to redesign processes and implement new tools.
- Develop action plans to address audit variances, managing corrective and preventative measures.
- Manage project initiatives, track progress, and mitigate risks.
- Redesign S2S LEX templates for cross-functional processes and track benefits of improvements.
- Build cases for proposed changes and ensure accurate performance measurements.
- Foster strong relationships with Functional CoE, DBS teams, and key partners to drive collaboration and improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Shown experience in S2S LEX functional areas (LEX Planning, Account Planning, Contract and Category Management) within a multinational environment, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role focused on operational improvement.
- Good understanding of S2S LEX technology, including iCertis and other Contract Lifecycle Management tools (experience is an advantage).
- Experience in applying process design in GOM, and continuous improvement frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Practical experience in leading project assignments within a multinational matrix organization.
- Ability to develop, communicate, and deliver clear action plans.
- Strong discernment with a solution-oriented attitude and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Proven drive for results and effective organisational change skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
