As the Digital Transformation Manager for Commercial Planning and Analysis (CP&A), you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic digital transformation agenda within our organization. This position is about reimagining how our business leverages technology to unlock significant commercial value. Your mission is to support the charge in integrating digital tools and processes that revolutionize our commercial planning capabilities, ensuring that our organization stays ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

You will be part of a team working across all central functions to create synergies that maximize the impact of our digital initiatives. Your vision and leadership will enable the business to harness the full potential of technology, driving efficiencies, enhancing decision-making, and ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive commercial outcomes in line with the strategic priorities using technology as an enabler.
• Act as point of contact for all D&A initiatives in Commercial Planning and Analysis (CP&A).
• Build strong relationships with key partners to develop D&A solutions that provides competitive edge for BAT.
• Ensure that the products and processes are continuously improved, driving simplification, agility and innovation.
• Effective communication across multiple functions.
• Design and deployment of products including supporting UAT & tracking progress.
• Responsible for product feedback, life-cycle management and guarantee the development is based on latest trends supported by the company.
• Implement policies of access control, data transformation, checking, storage and compliance.
• Meet deadlines in line with the IBPM calendar.

What are we looking for?

• A commercial and user centric approach.
• A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, specifically SAP/BPC/BI and communication tools notably MS Outlook and MS Teams.
• Good knowledge and experience in working with MS Power BI. Experience and knowledge of other tools in the Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Rational decision making and problem-solving ability is essential.
• Experience of identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement (working in projects is a plus).
• An ability to work effectively with all levels of staff within a complex geographical/ functional matrix organization and with external parties.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and present it in an accurate and relevant format.

• Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
