JOB TITLE: Digital Content Executive
FUNCTION: Marketing - Customer
LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Business
- Content Creation for Trade marketing and activation activities (From design to copywriting)
- Create, update, and refresh Digital Assets for Trade and Activations Team
- Develop content for retailer education and onboarding
- Effective skills in using Adobe Suite including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Create visuals and artwork for e commerce platforms such as product thumbnails, and promotional banners
- Create content on Salesforce Community
- Ensure all communications and materials are approved by legal, regulatory, activations and trade teams before being published.
- Ensure all allocations are uploaded and completed in CRM for targeted customers.
People
- Work closely with Activations and Trade teams to create effective and aligned communication for customer
- Closely collaborate with brand teams on creating digital assets across platforms
- Engage in proactive behaviour in updating or changing allocations, banners, products, SKUs, descriptions or relevant details on e-Commerce /online platforms
- Ensure all communication is proactively shared with relevant teams via CRM
- Take ownership of personal development, including reviewing own progress against deadlines and targets, and the timely and accurate completion of PerforM (end of year review documents).
- Actively participates in a high-performance team and contributes to the achievement of team targets
- Share knowledge/experience with peers
- Proactively monitor new digital/ e-commerce opportunities within Salesforce stack.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce CRM
- Website management/development experience; knowledge of Google Analytics is desirable
- Strong understanding of UI/UX and customer journey mapping
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Flexible with working across different time zones/shifts
- 12-18 months of experience in the digital content field
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proven accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Effective relationship management skills (internal and external)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
