BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) STAFF
FUNCTION: Operations
LOCATION: Malang, Indonesia
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Ensure quality requirements and compliance during production process are executed well.
REPORTS TO: Quality Team Lead
REPORTING LEVEL: Individual Contributor
GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE: Local
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Ensure daily quality complaince on shop floor
- Ensure validity of measurement results
- Able to analyse data trend acquired from measurement and observe deviation
- Implement quality DMS on shop floor
- Contribute during quality daily troubleshooting in shop floor and ensure no improper release
- Understand quality procedure / guideline and implementation on daily job
- Ensure compliance on the area of accountability
- Cross functional relationship in area of accountability
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Understand general process area of accountability
- Understand product, wrapping materials, tobacco
- Understand and able to operate Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Preferable to have English knowledge (passive)
- Able to do sample measurement, instrument daily verification, and analysis as per required
- Able to continuosly improved
