REMUNERATION: MYR 5,050 + flexible allowances + attractive benefits

If you’re driven, passionate, and ambitious, our Finance Global Graduate Program will maximize your potential. It’s a fast-tracked, accelerated program with unprecedented international exposure, designed specifically for high-potential individuals. This program will help you develop exceptional commercial skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics you operate in, as well as how BAT Malaysia's Finance departments—Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, and Supply Chain Finance—work together to achieve outstanding business results. You may also have the opportunity to do stints in BAT's shared services based in Malaysia, providing you with end-to-end exposure to Finance at BAT.
Be immersed in stretch projects that will challenge and excite you during structured rotations and accelerated career path to be rewarded with a Junior Management position.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Malaysian
- Graduated with Bachelor or Master’s in a Finance focused major.
- Fresh graduate or a professional with maximum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, agile, and independent
- Excellent academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.2
