British American TobaccoPoland has an exciting opportunity for an HR ADMINISTRATOR in Warsaw
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provides Personnel Administration professional expertise and makes sure all HR administrative processes are performed and aligned with the standard operating procedures
- Cooperation with government agencies and third parties; preparing data for audit (internal/external)
- Provides generalist HR advice and guidance on HR policies
- Fulfills all activities related to data management within the human resources area and personnel administration services according to standard operating procedures
- Ensures data confidentiality and applies all necessary security restrictions related to HR data
- Collects and verifies supporting documentation from employees and line managers in order to initiate / complete HR transactions
- Generates and compiles standard reports
- Performs various tasks assigned by the manager, other stakeholders in the area of responsibility
- Identifies and indicates improvement opportunities in data management and in other processes within the assigned remit
- Collaborate with GBS HR team in order to ensure visibility over processes/ delivery etc
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Familiar with labor law and work legislation (min, 1 year experience on a similar position ideally)
- Problem Solving skills - diagnoses, negotiates and orchestrates the solutions to solve business problems
- Excellent verbal and written communications across different audiences and channels
- Customer Service - provides services necessary to meet customer needs, identifies continuous opportunities to deliver services with a professional result and good quality
- Proficient in English and Polish
- MS Office package
- Bachelor’s degree or student certificate from university
- Fast learner, pro-active, willing to adapt quickly
