FUNCTION: Human Resources
LOCATION: Hong Kong
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The role is responsible for supporting the creation, design and roll-out of HR communications and events, whilst also supporting the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities of the HR team. You will be involved in delivering regular HR communications to the business, and also organising key employee events such as wellbeing initiatives, volunteering and social events.
If you’re driven, passionate and ambitious, this position will let you achieve your potential. It’s a 12 monthcontract with unprecedented corporate exposure that’s geared specifically for high-potential individuals.
Reports to: Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
Geographic Scope: Hong Kong
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Design and execution of internal communications
- Organise the logistics and execution of engagement events and projects
- Provide administrative support to the team (social media posts, engagement activities etc.)
- Supporting the HR operation and projects
- Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Undergraduate student majoring in HR subject area with internship left as coursework.
- Experience with MS Office Suite & Canva
- Creative mind who loves coming up with bright ideas on how to engage employees
- Willing to learn and has positive attitude with good communication
