Join our Global Corporate Functions HR Team as an intern, supporting our Corporate & External Affairs (CORA) and Legal functions. You will play a key role in various HR initiatives and projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a truly global setting!

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to creating avenues of employee learning, development and engagement initiatives (e.g. global employee engagement and communication platforms, tools and materials, learning & development initiatives, functional capability building and engagement survey actions)
- Able to work with large sets of data and streamline to meaningful information to lead leadership decisions
- Ensure quality support in the joiners/movers/ exits processes
- Advice employees on HR processes
- Ensure Data accuracy in relevant HR systems (e.g., BPC, SuccessFactors, OrgVue)
- Contribute to the People & Culture projects as and when required.
- Actively contribute to enhancing existing processes, measures and management activities to maximise efficiencies and quality of customer service.
- Contribute to building pilot systems for some of our talent approaches (Coding skills are beneficial)
What are we looking for?
- Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree Programme in Business, Human Resources or Relevant Organizational Studies Field
- Preferably prior exposure to the field via engagements in e.g. student organizations, volunteering, internships, education, or courses
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Mastery MS Office Applications (predominantly Excel, PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Strong communication skills
- Strong team working capabilities.
- Keen to demonstrate creative thinking.
- Passion for learning
