British American Tobacco  Poland  has an exciting opportunity for a HR SPECIALIST  in Warsaw.

The HR/Talent Specialist will support the HR team by coordinating learning and development programs, facilitating the onboarding process, and assisting with performance reviews, engagement surveys, and employer branding initiatives. This role involves providing administrative support, including scheduling, data management, and record keeping, while maintaining effective communication with employees and management.

As a key support to Talent Attraction Manager and HR Business Partners, the Talent Specialist will ensure all HR activities are executed smoothly, contributing to a positive company image and an engaging work environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Learning & Development Coordination: assist in organizing and managing training and development programs, ensuring program materials, schedules, and logistics are prepared and executed smoothly.
  • Support HR processes: contribute to the preparation and administration of performance reviews and engagement surveys, assist in tracking and following up on HR-related tasks and deadlines.
  • Onboarding: facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating initial training sessions.
  • Employer branding: assist with the implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image and attract talents, support the creation of content for social media and other branding channels.
  • Administrative support: provide general administrative support to the HR team, including providing data, scheduling meetings and maintaining records,
  • Communication: maintain effective communication with employees and management regarding HR programs and initiatives, provide timely updates and information as needed.

What are we looking for?

  • 2 years of HR experience: working with Learning & Development, onboarding, programs for young talents etc. (experience in working in an international environment is  a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in HR, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
  • Good English skills (oral and written)
  • Organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Interest in social media and/or experience with employer branding, good sense of aesthetics represents an advantage
