British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for an IT Area Business Analyst (CRM) in Warsaw
The main responsibility of this role is to lead and manage the implementation of contemporary digital solutions and maintain the Consumer Database and Consumer direct engagement environment of the entity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the right implementation of the global technology solutions for Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation (MA) through the definition of business requirements and leading the implementation of the technical components. (Salesforce, Hubspot technology)
- Manage global, regional and local CRM and MA vendors. Coordinate and orchestrate their tasks and the contracted services provided by them.
- Ensure resolution of CRM and Direct to Consumer Engagement issues impacting the business.
- Ensure compliance with global and local Digital Marketing Technology policies and standards.
- Cooperate with and link the local and global IT Digital Marketing team members, represent the entity on functional and business forums.
- Do business analysis activities to support the deployment of global / regional / local solutions.
What are we looking for?
- Strong business analysis skills to record and translate marketing activation plans into technology terms
- Good understanding of the contemporary consumer and customer marketing systems and terminology (CRM, integration, API, eCommerce)
- Openness towards cross-functional people engagement
- Project Management theoretical and practical knowledge (Agile, Waterfall)
- Supplier management skills
- End-to-end sales and marketing process knowledge (incl: Online Sales, Marketing Finance, LEX and IT)
- Digital Technology interest
- Excellent and represented communication skills in English
