FUNCTION: Legal.
LOCATION: Caracas.
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Legal - Corporate and Commercial Legal.
Reports to: Head of Legal.
Reporting Level: Senior Level.
Geographic Scope: LANCAR.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Legal support and assistance to different Business Units.
- Legal researches and opinions.
- Collection and storage of legal business data and documents.
- Analysis of legal sentences and other similar documents.
- Legal documents drafting and reviewing, such as contracts, licenses and policies.
- Permits & licenses renewal (national, state or municipal).
- Elaboration and maintenance of detailed legal reports.
- Support with any task related to the legal area.
- Ensure compliance of policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Final year students (expected graduation date on mid 2024) or fresh graduates (graduation from December 2021 to January 2024).
- Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields (relevant internship experience will be considered).
- Fluent in English (advanced proficiency in oral & writing)
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Global mobility.

- Experience working in FMCG.
- Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication strengths.
- Detail minded; multi-tasks; good in data mining and consolidating large amount of data.
