ROLE SUMMARY
The individual would be ensuring SAP Marketing applications including ECC, S4 HANA and other integrated application are deployed and maintained effectively.
The person would also provide functional and technical expertise to handle the overall integrity and stability of selected applications within a major functional area (e.g. ERP, Marketing, Corporate Services).

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintaining and leading all aspects of governance for the in scope solutions according to BAT standards and processes
- Functional SME in GAS Function, that will drive, participate and represent GAS in various initiatives or functional/technical discussions across different functions in BAT.
- Evaluate business risks and issues related to operational incidents, potential impact from changes, and internal audit reports. Implement appropriate risk management processes and take appropriate and timely actions.
- Participate and chip in crisis management on high severity incidents, and drive resolution of IT service and/or business issues using agreed escalation routes.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 6+ years’ demonstrated ability in SAP SD, LE modules, components or applications with minimum of 2 end-to end implementation project lifecycle
- Handling large external partner teams in end-to-end application service management
- Possess growth mindset, influential with good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Possess problem solving skills, flexible and adapting to a volatile working environment
- Integration between SAP ECC/S4 with external 3rd party CRM and Marketing solutions, i.e. Sales Force.
