British American Tobacco POLAND has an exciting opportunity for a SENIOR DATA ANALYST in WARSAW
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
- Collaborate with Supply Planning team and other stakeholders to identify business losses and translate them into Process/System changes.
- Change management and implementation of system/process improvements with relevant stakeholders to deliver business value.
- Actively adopt and implement digital transformation initiatives (Integrated Planning Transformation, Hive, Clear Metal, PBI, and other online tools) for the Category
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receive, prepare, validate, and aggregate data and KPIs from the regions, planners & end markets.
- Provide accurate, relevant, and timely information in support of decision making.
- Administrate and maintain the Functional reporting tools & systems.
- Compile and review performance update presentations for engagement within the Leadership Team and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning team and various stakeholders to ensure transparent planning information flow and reporting in a timely manner.
- Participate at reducing and eliminating business losses through reporting, analysing, and ensuring the system integrity.
- Develop networks that enhance the ability to transfer skills and capabilities across the supply chain functions and encourage sharing of knowledge and key learnings.
- Seek opportunities to drive efficiency in process execution and improve communication flow.
- Develop further the KPI reporting tools, to provide ‘press a button’ approach (where applicable).
- Support testing and embedding of new technology blocks through a “fail fast” approach
What are we looking for?
- At least 3-5 years post graduate experience in a multinational company preferably around Supply Planning or Reporting roles.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and digital skills. Advanced Excel (VBA) and Power BI are a must.
- Good Supply Chain knowledge (process, metrics)
- Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and Agile concept
- Some evidence of leadership capabilities
