British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Social Listening Analyst in Warsaw
We are looking for a Social Listening Analyst to join our Social Media Monitoring team and be a part of operation on our social listening platforms. This involves conducting daily social media monitoring and reporting in line with already established case classification as well as develop, deliver, insights and templates to ensure the quality of the service.
You will also play a crucial role in compliance and corporate reputation assurance. Your key responsibilities will be to monitor social conversation for internal teams and to classify monitored cases through classification framework in line with set categories and protocols to be the connecting link between the online chatter and key team members of the service, by reporting on the identified cases with risk potential.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily monitoring of social media and wider web, through Talkwalker.
- Assess the hits and identify potential harmful mentions and insights with informational value and classify them in line with the established escalation framework.
- Write incident summaries for incorporation into the reports and alerts.
- Monitor, investigate and report on suspicious online marketing activities and fake accounts/pages.
- Co-create monthly and quarterly summaries for key stakeholders and actively participate in online sessions with them
- Prepare weekly and Quarterly reports.
What are we looking for?
- Prior experience with social media monitoring and analysis.
- Experience in work with on or more SM Tech tools: Talkwalker, Hootsuite, Sprinklr
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft power apps
- Understanding of social media marketing concepts and trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement approach and resourcefulness.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Effective communication.
