WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Collaborating with different teams in different short stints to deliver strategic stretch projects for HR.
- Working closely with various sub-functions and understanding business priorities to develop and execute relevant strategies.
- Learning and building on the knowledge regarding both the business and HR processes to identify opportunities to strategically enable the business as a partnering function.
- Contributing to the development and execution of campaign relating to various functional/sub-functional topics related to HR.
- Build an impact on our international business participating in functional and cross-functional projects, under the supervision of a dedicated Coach & Mentor.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- A fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree or has up to 2 years of experience
- Possess leadership traits proven through extra-curricular activities
- Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
- Upbeat, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and able to work independently
