BAT IS LOOKING FOR AN SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR (NPI)
SENIORITY LEVEL: Supply Chain Coordinator
FUNCTION: Operations
LOCATION: Sacheon, South Korea
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Reports to: Supply Chain Innovation Manager
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
Geographic Scope: North Asia (Direct Reporting Business Unit)
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Organizing FG sample data (packing list, invoice creation, DHL booking, and export customs clearance)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial and Operations stakeholders to align plans & priorities, resolve project issues and secure support.
- Check materials readiness needed for trial
- Adopt and apply best practices, processes and systems.
- Prepare the required documentation and reports in a timely and consistent manner.
- In-charge of innovation development utilizing available technology such as Power BI, Microsoft Office
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent,
- English speaking require
- NPI experience is a bonus

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and collaborate with employees at all levels.
- Can link and understand interdependency of tasks.
- Independent and takes ownership of tasks whilst displaying a skillset for troubleshooting.
