This role is part of GBS Human Resources. The role is responsible for generating reports, dispatching service support requests, fill out process documentation, provide support to the payroll team and support some payroll projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Comply the process important metrics.
- Process documentation.
- Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.
- Analyze and handle situations that may arise, on the daily bases.
- Proactive and looking for areas to help and support daily tasks.
What are we looking for?
- Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Proficient Portuguese language, verbal, and writing (Intermediate – Advanced).
- English language (Intermediate).
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel or another database, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
