BAT COSTA RICA IS LOOKING FOR A TRADE PAYMENTS ANALYST

LOCATION: Heredia, Costa Rica
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of GBS Finance. The role is responsible for discounting payments for retailers contracted with Reynolds and their sales representatives. Resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products among others.
Reports to: Order to CashTeam Lead
Reporting Level: Experienced Non-management Level
Geographic Scope: USA
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Detailed analysis of contracted accounts.
- Assist Trade Marketing Representatives with inquiries related to the contracted retailers.
- Align with the process Key Performance Indicators.
- Process documentation.
- Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.
- Analyze and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine.
- Ensuring that potential process improvements are standardized across the global business and ensure compliance with the standard processes and applicable policies

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- B2+ English Level.
- At least 1 year of analyst experience or related (Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Procure Pay, Payments, Disputes, Billings).
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
- Well-developed prioritization and time management skills whilst working under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with all partners and dealing with internal and external customers/contacts at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
