Principal Accountabilities:

Operations/ Professional/ Business

-Overall Managment of FMC WMs of the Factory

- Coordinating with WM call-off officer, for forecast and setting out the number of UIMs (tax stamps) required for the following quarter no later than 15th of December, March, June, and September each calendar year

- Coordinating with WM call off officer Each subsequent order for UIMs shall be sent one (1) month before the requested delivery date including any Adhoc or additional orders

- Manage inventories for FMC WMs & Tax Stamps as per the procedures.

- Ensure timely issuance and continuous supply of materials to SMD.

- Ensure WM and TS Quality in storage, issue, and receipt.

- Implementation of EH&S guidelines in WM warehouse and waste storage space as well.

- Preparation of Daily and Monthly stock End Reports,

- Stock Taking/Physical Verification of WM & TS Vs the SAP System and TransAct App.

Including Extraction of reports from Authentix Portal, for reconciliation, at line level.

- Ensure WMs & TS returns (faulty material to be returned, and D&OM) are managed as per the procedure.

- Be the focal point for Govt appointed TS issuing authority. - Coordinate on-Site FBR visits for reconciliation and destruction of TS waste.

- Communicate Material quality-related issues  for continuous improvement.

- Monthly Reporting to FBR, by 15th of every month, for the consumption and wastages for TS. Management

- Ensuring Offloading and recording of WM & TS as per process. - Ensuring WM & TS stock is replenished on each line, on time, and same should be recorded on Issuance Register, Memo, SAP, and TransAct App Leadership

- Follow up of various mechanical/civil/electrical jobs with engineering carried out in WMs store.

- Provide a clear direction to achieve functional objectives.

- Demonstrate HPO behaviour. Relationship - Work closely with Head Office, Authentix, FBR, and SMD, to ensure a continuous and smooth supply of TS On Time and In Full.

- Work closely with QA to establish common Quality faults in WMs & TS and communicate to concerned people to come to a common resolution of issues. Innovation

- Seek opportunities/ideas for continuous improvement. ii. Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Having knowledge of supply chain and warehousing aspects.

- Should have adequate knowledge about Supply Chain.

- Must understand the concept and importance of maintaining optimum inventories.

- Should be able to utilize the enhanced capability of integrated computer systems.

- Expertise in negotiation, as there will be a required level of negotiation required with 3rd parties.

Requirements

- Bachelors in engineering 

- 1 -2 years of experience
