ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The role is expected to be filled in by a finance professional with high analytical acumen and compliance awareness, who will be involved in forecasting, controlling, analysis on financial performance and can act as a finance business partner to Marketing Team. Primary responsibility is related to pricing and excise as well as credit control.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Commercial Finance Analyst – Pricing & Excise and Credit Control
- Setting up and maintaining pricing in SAP system
- Regularly maintaining BAT and competitors pricing modelling for internal and external forecasting and reporting purpose
- Preparing excise and regulatory reports
- Maintaining AR aging report, regularly aligning customers’ payment plan to avoid AR overdue as well as reviewing their credit limit
- Maintaining customers’ payment security
- Reconciling and updating actual cash collection from customers
- Ensuring compliance on SOx requirement related to pricing and credit control decisions
Commercial Finance Analyst - New Category Business Partner
- Supporting forecast and actualization tracker for review on Marketing Investment Budget and utilization for New Category
- Supporting periodic closing exercise (monthly, biannually, annually), including but not limited to raising journal, prepare PL closing report, and reconciliation on the reporting submission
- Collaborate with e-Commerce team on Consumer Phasing Promo monitoring
- Collaborate with Trade team on validation for trade operational cost
- Supporting day-to-day operational processes and collaboration with relevant marketing business partners
- Collaborate with relevant finance & shared service stakeholder on forecast and closing purposes
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant internal and SOX controls
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Internal
- Finance Business partners collaborate to provide end to end finance delivery for end markets
- Develop effective relationships with Finance, Marketing and other internal peers/colleagues, external stakeholders
- Improve working relationship and performance with Shared Services Finance
- Internal Auditors – to respond to queries and requests for information.
External
- External Auditors – to respond to queries and requests for information
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent (preferable from accounting or finance) with minimum 2 years of work experience in audit, accounting, or commercial finance are favourable.
- Strong capability in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Fluency and advanced oral & written communication ability in English and Indonesia
- SAP Knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong teammate with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and management across functions.
- Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines.
- Proactive and open to change & new insights.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence
- Rational decision making / problem solving
- Continuous improvement and able to challenge the status quo.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CFA, CPA, CIMA are favourable
