Your key responsibilities will include / What you will do?
- Provide functional support for projects and products by ensuring business requirements are met, systems are optimized for operational efficiency and developing detailed process maps and workflows to visualize current and future state processes, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining operations.
- Design and implement change management plans and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions during system or process changes.
- Support the development of end-user technology projects, including collaboration services, to improve employee productivity and user experience
- Train new employees on IT procedures and ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Monitor and address any business-related issues that arise during project execution, providing timely solutions
- Keep track and support ITSM modules and service catalogs. Manage SLAs by defining, monitoring, and analyzing performance metrics.
What are we looking for? / What Makes You a Fit?
- IT education background and familiar with BAT technology landscapes across the region.
- Deep understanding of IDT processes according to ITIL Framework (Request, Incident, Change, Asset, Vendor, …)
- Time, workload, and stress management. Taking on responsibility and drive through to deliver outcome
- Solid experience and knowledge in documentation and planning tools and techniques
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of working with M365 collaboration tools
- Experience with ServiceNow for process optimization and automation
- Familiar with project management fundamentals
- Proven experience in Marketing & Activation platforms, systems and projects
- Written and spoken English and German proficiency
