British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Manager in Warsaw
As a Cyber Security Manager, your key objectives are to maintain a strategic relationship and be a partner to the Regional Cyber Resilience Team in order to address the needs of the markets (like vulnerabilities remediation, trainings, incidents). Also you will need to ensure key cyber security initiatives are implemented there.
This may include, but is not limited to: OT ( operational technology) deployments, Cyber Hygiene / vulnerability management, awareness campaigns, risk management, incident communication.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop the Central Europe cyber security strategy aligned with actual global standards and act as the 1st point of contact for cyber security matters across the Area
- Deliver aligned cyber security critical metrics in the business units. Coordinate and complete actions needed to be on target
- Continuous monitoring of security vulnerabilities, establishment and execution of security remediation plans for infrastructure, hardware, and applications in line with business proprieties and IDT leadership
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all corporate, trade, marketing and services applications in LEanIX and lead regular evergreen and replacement initiatives on the application portfolio
- Risk assessments for projects coming from the business units. Track all AURA and SAT requests (security assessment work for new applications and technologies) to ensure continuous cyber compliance
- Management of cyber risk with appropriate business unit stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT teams and 3rd party suppliers to ensure the implementation of cloud and on-premise servers and systems
- Be Cyber focal point to support Cyber Incident response team with information and business unit contacts
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of professional experience in cyber security with a record of growing scope and responsibility
- Experience assessing cyber risks of projects, vendors and technologies.
- Experience with and understanding of cyber security management, technologies, architecture and audits.
- Knowledgeable of cyber security aspects related to networking, application development, operations, incident response, 3rd party vendor management and operational technology.
- Deep, end-2-end cyber security knowledge accompanying at least one business area: manufacturing, finance, marketing / eCommerce, HR, legal, supply chain, sales / trade, physical security.
- Understanding cloud and SaaS configuration management and risk reduction (focus on Azure and AWS) and how to protect and detect potential threats in those environments.
- Familiarity with network and system administration, including configuring and maintaining secure network infrastructure.
- Understanding of encryption technologies, secure coding practices, and security architecture design.
- Understanding of configuration for network devices, security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
BENEFICIAL
- Architecture and Engineering, including Cloud experience.
- Law enforcement or corporate investigations experience.
- Optional CISSP or CISM Certification.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computing Science, majoring in Cybersecurity.
