British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for a Global Business Solution Finance Global Graduate in Heredia.

ROLE SUMMARY

Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates with up to 3 years of work experience who wish to fast track their career within a global organization, and have the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as an Entry Level Manager in our Global Business Solutions (GBS) Finance organization. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Preparing various analytical and management reporting for business in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provides transparency, insight, and explaining the story behind the numbers.
  • Preparation of regular forecast & annual budget, planning and analysis.
  • Assist with commercial aspects of the business such as pricing, market, and competitor analysis.
  • Support ad-hoc financial reports and projects as assigned, including new business opportunities or initiatives.
  • The role will require an individual who constantly strives to add value as a partner to the business, looks for continuous improvement, has a consumer-focused mindset and is a real team player.
  • Developing robust business cases which support key investment decisions across commercial areas.
  • Delivering monthly financial forecasting including variance analysis which identify key drivers of financial performance and areas of opportunities.
  • Identifying and driving continuous improvement across key financial processes.

YOU COULD BE THE NEXT GLOBAL GRADUATE IF YOU:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineer.
  • Possess up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Have strong analytical skills – experience in working with data. Nice to have experience with SAP and/or Power BI.
  • Have advanced knowledge in Excel.
  • Desirable knowledge in Alteryx.
  • Are looking for an international career and speak English fluently.
  • Are curious, ambitious, innovative, take initiatives, passionate about challenges and communicate clearly.
  • Have leadership skills demonstrated through either relevant professional experience or extra-curricular activities within prestigious companies, NGOs, student associations, etc.
  • Are open to relocate globally.
