British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for a OTC Junior Analyst in Heredia
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance transactional processes.
- Delivers the service to meet Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators and to ensure positive voice of customer feedback.
What are we looking for?
- Person with versatility and who can handle various responsibilities, management of reconciliations, analytical capacity, extraction of reports from SAP, Salesforce, who can analyse them, work with closing reports.
- Direct management with the end market for reconciliation.
- Overdue care, generation of filters in reports, sending overdue lists to third parties, following up on exclusions, working with third party contractual analysis.
- Person who can self-manage, if there are meetings with the market that this person be the main point of contact.
- Proactive Customer relationship building, continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.
- Ensure compliance policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience or knowledge in Accounts Receivable (OTC) under Business-to-Business space.
- Microsoft Office – Excel macros.
- Be a great teammate to achieve departmental targets.
- An eye to details and work in sync with global processes.
- Assertiveness and the ability to utilise own initiative and judgement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships both internally and externally.
DESIDERABLE
- Intermediate English Level.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Person with previous experience working in a Shared Services industry.
- Person with previous Order to Cash working experience.
